Hailing from the streets of Long Beach, California, after eight solid years, this hard working rapper is ready to take the world music scene by storm. No stranger to the international touring life Monsta has performed around the world with former Rap-a-lot recording artist and good friend Yuk-mouth. Together with Yuk, Monsta has opened for Nelly, Busta Rhymes, Paul Wall, Chamillionare, Scarface, U.G.K.Z.R-O, Slim Thug, Eight-ball & Mjg, E-40, B-Legit, Lil Flip, Mac Dre (T.1.p), Boo Yaa T.r.i.b.e and Devin the Dude to name a few. Monsta is also part of the underground movements TheRegime’, Wesperados and All Gas No Brakes. He has featured on compilations ‘All out War’ vol. 1-3 and ‘UGA’ vol. 1-2 as well as appearing on Yuk-mouths solo albums ‘Godzilla’, ‘The city of Dope’ and Yuks latest instalment ‘Million dollar mouthpiece’. Monsta has also produced his own street instalments ‘Hood Epidemic’ vol. 1 and 2 with exclusive features from A-kon, Ganxta Ridd, Yuk-mouth, Savage & Mareko of ‘D-konz’fame. Mixed by Dj’s Prymetyme and Dj E-Rock (Shadyville, Shade 45), this album sold 5000 copies with no promotion.
Monsta Ganjah’s latest offering is ‘Year of the Kush’, a 2 CD collaboration with Australia’s first Shadyville Dj Kronic, and exclusive features from Blood Raw (C.T.E), K-Rino (s.p.c), Yuk-mouth, Ganxta Ridd (Boo Yaa T.r.i.b.e), Tykoon Village and Prodigy (Mobb Deep).
